Meet
JOLEA
Jolea is a spirited speaker, facilitator, human behavior consultant specializing in administration of the DISC assessment, and an ICF-certified, Healing-Centered Coach with more than 17 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. She is the Founder and Chief Community Builder of Inspirit, a coaching and consulting firm that provides training and support to nonprofits, community-based organizations, and changemakers.
Jolea launched Inspirit to address the need for critical values- and culture-aligned systems and programs in social impact organizations where she observed severe burnout and high turnover among staff and volunteers in addition to disengaged partners and community members. Through Inspirit, Jolea combines her knowledge and expertise in nonprofit leadership, operations, and programming with her deep personal commitment to centering community, pursuing justice, and building belonging.
